Kashwi by KS Jewels offers a carefully curated collection of jewellery, selected and presented with elegance, intention, and timeless beauty in mind.

No Customisation. We do not offer customisation or personalised jewellery services. All pieces are available as presented on our website.

Product Representation. We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in colour, texture, or finish may occur due to differences in photography, lighting conditions, or your device's screen settings and calibration. We do not warrant that product colours or appearance will exactly match what is displayed on your screen.

Availability. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to update, modify, limit quantities of, or discontinue any product at any time, in any geographic region or jurisdiction, without prior notice and at our sole discretion.

 

Section 3: Orders

When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to purchase. Kashwi by KS Jewels reserves the right to accept or decline any order, at its sole discretion, for any reason including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or payment issues. Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance and process your payment.

Please review your order carefully before submitting, as we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests once an order has been accepted and dispatched. In the event we decline, modify, or cancel your order, we will attempt to notify you via the email address, billing address, or phone number you provided at checkout.

Order Cancellation. Orders may be cancelled only before they have been dispatched for shipping. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. Please refer to our Refund Policy for information on returns and exchanges.

Personal Use Only. You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale, redistribution, or export purposes.

 

Section 4: Pricing and Billing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order will be the price displayed at the time you place your order, as confirmed in your order confirmation email.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, listed prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping charges, which will be itemised separately at checkout where applicable.

We may offer promotions, discounts, or special pricing from time to time. Such promotions are governed by their own terms and conditions, and in the event of a conflict between promotion terms and these Terms, the promotion terms shall prevail for the duration of that promotion.

By completing a purchase, you represent and warrant that: (i) the payment information you provide is true, correct, and complete; (ii) you are duly authorised to use the payment method provided; (iii) charges incurred by you will be honoured by your payment provider; and (iv) you will pay all charges incurred, including applicable shipping, handling, and taxes.

 

Section 5: Shipping and Delivery

We will make reasonable efforts to ship your order within the timeframe indicated on our website. However, all delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, natural events, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Once your order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, title to and risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you. Please ensure that the delivery address you provide is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by you.

 

Section 6: Intellectual Property

All content available through the Services including but not limited to the Kashwi by KS Jewels brand name, logo, slogans, product names, photographs, images, graphics, text, product descriptions, designs, videos, and the overall look and feel of the website is the exclusive property of KS Jewels, its affiliates, or its licensors, and is protected under applicable Indian including the Copyright Act, 1957.

These Terms permit you to access and use the Services solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You must not, without our prior written consent:

• Reproduce, copy, download, distribute, transmit, broadcast, publicly display, or publish any content from the Services.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any content from the Services.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE, REPRESENT, OR WARRANT THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE RESULTS OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.

You and KS Jewels agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services. Both parties consent to venue and personal jurisdiction in such courts.

If you are a consumer resident in India, nothing in this section shall affect any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws, including the right to refer disputes to consumer courts or forums.

Any attempted assignment without such consent shall be null and void.
